If your company's turnover is €100,000 a year or less, you can opt for the minimum contribution. This means that you will not have to submit a statement and it will be enough to confirm every year that your company's turnover is less than €100,000 and pay the minimum amount.

If you place up to 20 tonnes of packaging a year on the Portuguese market, you can choose to submit a simplified statement with no need to submit a new statement every year, as it will be produced automatically on the basis of SPV estimates. All you will have to do every year is accept SPV's estimate and, if you do not agree in any year, decide to submit a detailed statement.
